Everyone can participate in bounty campaign. For Beta- We've taken applicants from all over the world. Probably most people we'll choose will be from the UK, some from Germany and maybe some from Russia for the first round due to QA needs and inventory. We have not yet released results of Beta

Why does Zeex have its own token? Why not just use Ether or Bitcoin?Whats the benefit of that,wouldnt be easier to just use eth/btc?

The ZIX token serves several purposes without which our protocol could not function. ZIX acts as a login to the system, allowing users to buy and sell corporate currencies. ZIX can of course be used as a payment as well, but it can also be used to reserve various amounts of corporate currencies that may be in higher demand, so you can be sure you can get ahold of it (for instance, if there's some crazy discount like 20% on Amazon gift cards, you might wanna reserve that.) . ZIX also acts as a deposit within the smart contract to prevent fraud or double spending.

We've partnered with up with Bancor which will allow all tokens in Bancor's liquidity network (100+ ERC20 tokens to date) direct conversion to ZIX. We can't comment on other exchanges at the moment, but we will let the community know if there are any updates

You will have to have ZIX in your wallet in order to log in to the protocol.

How much Zix will they charge per login? is it free?

The login itself is free, but remember the ZIX token acts as a login and you will have to be holding ZIX in order to use ZEEX.

Sorry but I don't understand, should we only have a certain number of ZIX tokens in our wallet, or will each action on the platform spend a certain number of tokens?

Well, that's the beauty of it, you won't be paying with crypto, you buy a gift card using the Zeex app with your crypto and then you will have a fiat denomination gift card to use.

yeah sounds really good, but i'm not too sure if zeex will work worldwide right away, it will first work in the country they are originated then maybe expand to other countries, different countries have different rules and regulations so might take time.

True, but many countries do not have problem with crypto market so the expansion wan't be a problem

Since the market is so volatile, we will have live prices from the leading provider so that you get a reasonable exchange rate into whichever gift card you choose.

You planning to build your smart contracts on top of ethereum blockchain. We all knows that ethereum can handle ~30tps. How will you solve the scalability issue? Sidechain, like plasma?

I think that Vitalik is engaged in the problem of scaleability at the ETH.   If I'm not mistaken, he has a road map, by the decision of this question, until 2020. And I'm sure that he will cope.
However, this does not prevent the dev of ZEEX, doing some manipulation in this direction.

I am not sure I understand the business model fully. The 0 fee attached to the card appeal to the consumer, but how is Zeek going to make money and sustain the business? Ultimately the success of Zeek will ensure good ROI to investors. Maybe I missed something
