Anyone who says NEO isn't a risky investment is lying or fooled by the Hype train. NEO does, however, have a huge potential to be a very profitable investment. I consider it to be one of the riskier coins in my portfolio, but I believe in the tech and will continue to support the project.
A few reasons why it could be an amazing investment:
First Chinese blockchain, Chinese tend to favor their own tech over Western tech (see Alibaba vs Amazon)
Smart Contracts similar to ethereum but without having to learn a new coding Language. Smart contracts can currently be written in C# and Java.

Why not still NEO is good for an investment. Don't worry you can try NEO. Better split your $150 like $90 to NEO and 60% to IOTA. Both the coin is good. But the decision is yours. Do research before invest.

Perhaps investing in Ripple or ADA is better. NEO's current price is still very expensive in my opinion. Ripple and ADA have the potential to rise, and may make more money than investing in NEO.

yeah i think neo is good as he take in the 15 position in coinmarketcap, and actually neo is a good coin for investing.
same like ADA, but i prefer to choose ADA if you just have 150$, because ADA is cheaper from NEO.
