A new UK based peer-to-peer crypto payment solution, CMMPay, is ready to challenge its custodial rivals.

The new CMMPay service will allow online merchants to accept Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies as part of their existing e-commerce setup.

London, UK: Today, a non-custodial cryptocurrency payments solution, CMMPay, officially released its service in Beta. The service includes an online merchants application and a web wallet. The new platform allows e-commerce merchants to accept Bitcoin [ BTC ], Commercium [ CMM ] and other cryptocurrencies directly without the use of a third party custodian, fully embracing the ‘Your keys, your crypto’ ideology. Additionally, since the service is entirely peer-to peer (customer -> merchant), there are no lengthy KYC and AML requirements and the setup takes less than ten minutes.

Anthony Scott Clark, the company’s CEO, commented: “We are looking forward to the technological tasks and challenges which a universal payment system brings. Envisioning decentralized strategies and resources which can encompass the strong demand and bring new solutions to the modern payment ecosystem.”

The service was built on the fundamental concept of cryptocurrency: a peer-to-peer electronic cash system. CMMPay differs from the custodial crypto payment solutions, which are regarded by some as the ‘crypto middlemen’, like banks in the traditional fiat economy. CMMPay is completely non-custodial, therefore all payments happen directly between the customer and the merchant.

Javier Aguilar Saavedra, the company CSO, said: “Since the beginning of our journey, we identified the main problems users and merchants are facing. We set very clear goals on what we wanted to achieve and how we wanted our product to stand out among the competition. One of the key features is the simplicity of use. We want to lead a seamless transition to the crypto economy by providing our clients with an enjoyable, trouble-free crypto experience.”

For a limited period of time, as part of the launch, CMMPay offers new customers a 0% fee on all transactions using their service.

The current integrations are just the beginning of CMMPay’s roadmap. While enhancing its current e-commerce offering, the company is working on a peer-to-peer POS solution for physical stores as well as invoicing tools for freelance professionals.

After almost three months, Sistemkoin deposits and withdrawals are enabled again. We have tested both deposit and withdrawal and they are working.

We want to remind you of two things:

1. Sistemkoin requires 200 confirmations for the deposits to be available (125 on Crex24).

2. Sistemkoin withdrawal fee is 200 CMM (0.2 CMM on Crex24).

In the recent weeks we have suffered their lack of communication about the wallet maintenance issue, the lack of updates and ETA and other problems with some members of our community, deteriorating our former confidence in this exchange.

It is well known that exchanges, no matter their reputation, should never be used as crypto storage accounts, for several reasons which always involve some degree of inability to access or control your funds.

The aforementioned issues make us advise Commercium community to proceed with extra caution in the use of this exchange.
