طالب “وبكي هوكسترا” وزير المالية الألماني الأربعاء الماضي في اجتماع له بالإشراف على البيتكوين، وذلك لحماية المستهلك، فهو يطالب أن يتم تسجيل جميع منصات العملات

المشفرة بالاضافة لجميع خدمات العملات المشفرة قبل عام 2019 واحترام قواعد KYC، هذه القواعد تُطبق أيضًا على خدمات الICO.
