How much are you trying to send? Under $100 worth of ETH will not be accepted by the contract, for instance.

Yes you need to have a verified KYC profile to unlock your AMBT tokens during the sale. You need to send them a KYC document (ID) through their website and once verified you'll receive your tokens. It's that simple
