Hello, actually no, you can invest any amount, but you'll get bonus Tokens for purchase starting from 1ETH, so we recommend to start at least with 1ETH. See our bonus grid at the top of this page for details.

Good question. First, attracting different private investors may lead to business disagreements. We are professionals in our field and we know how to make a successful business. Second, attracting money through the Token Sale does not give investors a share in the business, it is a financial instrument and after fulfilling obligations the business itself will remain in the hands of the team.
