what is 504 Gateway Time-out nginx? it the first time i am encountered 

It's an error due to timeout of connecting with the hosting gateway. In short - connection took too long. Our hosting seems to have some troubles with that (can be also a code issue), we fixed some bug here and there so it's not appearing as often as it was before.

We have all the balance needed to finish all payments, but it's still pending on advertisers side, which we can't do anything about it
However we are trying our best and we are getting funds from other smaller sources, therefore we can finish some part of the pending payments. In the end all payments will be finished
