That is right, as I also visited the site of Zeus Exchange and I found out that their platform is still under development. I just wonder why they make partners with an exchange that still not working wherein there are already exchange platform that are already existing.

If they have option to make partnership with well known exchange, they will do of course, but as we know this is not easy, because exchange don't make partner with companies that still in early stage, is just like you have small youtube channel and want to do do collaboration with someone else, you won't be able to do it with big channel. So who knows maybe Zeus Exchange could be good one in future and Membrana benefit of this partnership later.

No this is not true. Not all ICOs require KYC. Some of them requires KYC if you invest for example more then 50 ETH. It really depends on the project and where the ICO is registered. Every country has different regulations for KYC.
