How much volume this Beaxy exchange has? As I know they had ICO in last year, but I though it was not succsesful and now I see that they launched already?

They raised 6m successfully. They have not launched yet very soon though.

Kambria is growing its developer community! Recently, developers in Vietnam utilized the Kambria platform to participate in a hackathon called “Building Blockchain Dapps with Tomochain, Powered by Kambria.” Hackathons are an important part of the strategy we outlined in our Business Model Master Plan.

As part of this hackathon, Kambria's bounty mechanism allowed the 68 registrants across 9 teams to:
~ Sign up for the hackathon either via email or using sign up/sign in with Facebook
~ Add and remove team members as necessary
~ Submit their codes through the platform
~ Have their submission reviewed by our 6 judges

In total, 9 Dapps were developed through the hackathon including a Certification Dapp with 4 prizes being awarded. Congratulations to all of our winners! This first major use of the Kambria bounty mechanism was certainly a success.

Kambria was featured in the Outliers blog this week! The final token sale ended this year, not last (March). You don't have to use it if you don't want. No one is making you use it Never said "Binance killer," I said rival. Like I said, its the only exchange to have a legitimate wall street matching engine, and will outclass Binance in trading features in basically every way. We'll let the market decide. Either way, listing on a new exchange, large or not, is positive news. Don't like it? Don't use it! Cheers

Perhaps, the previous author had in his mind, that the team of this project has very ambitious plans. and if they were implemented - then this project would be a success. I think, that could be the case. For now, we have somewhat unfinished situation.
