Bitcoin dropped when senate approved, will it drop when congress passed the deal? Of course its unrelated, but people believing that news affects bitcoin makes news affect bitcoin.

and what if they made deal that they will jump on people money stored in the banks so they pay off some of the debt? That could mean bitcoin_price++
