DNS Defence
In addition to using traditional DNS Seed Servers for peer discovery, DHN recognizes and addresses the risks, limitations and weaknesses of the traditional DNS system. By maintaining a presence on the Emercoin Distributed DNS Blockchain the Dark Horizon Network domain name records for:

are completely decentralized, uncensorable and cannot be altered, revoked or suspended by any authority. This approach offers the DHN user an additional layer of network security and accessibility by being able to locate active DHN nodes without being reliant on legacy DNS architecture.

For anyone who has any concerns, the full source code has been published to github and can be reviewed by anyone. After your code review, compile using your own toolchain then use your own binary to connect to the DHN network.  The pre-compiled Windows wallet is just a courtesy provided to the community.

What Social Media do you plan to use?

At the moment the DHN focus is on I&D (infrastructure & development). As far as Social Media goes, I'd like to see the community emerge take the lead on that front, I think that kind of decentralized approach is better, both for the community and the network. If, or when, the developer(s) have any "official" Social Media Channels to announce they will be announced here.

Yes, we would like DHN listed on exchanges for a number of reasons, but primarily to cater for the people whose preference is to "buy" rather than "mine" for whatever reason.
