Yes. The more participants are good for ICO but not the best for bounty.
When you need to share bounty pool among too many people it can result with really poor earnings.
At the moment there is Bethereum bounty campaign.
They have more than 40.000 participants. And they are very proud because of it.

But wait a second. Guy who is first there. Who made hundreds refferal links wont get even one ETH because bounty pool will be divided between all of them.
I wont get even 1000 bethers at the moment. That is couple of bucks.
To work several months for that bounty reward is really funny.

I cant remember when was the last time I got some good rewards in twitter, facebook or telegram campaign.
Signature, reddit, medium and youtube are the best campaigns at the moment.

I think someone has the right and deserves the opportunity to participate in the gift even if they are a newbie. It is time for them to learn more when they know there is a possibility that they will become investors in ICO. And that is good for the presence of alt coins.

I think there are some campaign manager that always limit the number of bounty participant for each campaign which I think it is one of the way to control and get quality results. however increasing the number of follower is not a bad idea e.g minimum follower of 2000 follower wont be a bad idea. However i think strict rules in some campaign such as content creation campaign are keeping away from participating in such campaign. Also bountyhive have implemented great rule which might make bounty participant be ban if he retweeted many tweets in one day

The popularity of bounty all over the world has made marks in people's lives. Glad to know that despite others suspicion, still many people choose to join bounties for they know what it can bring to their lives and to others. The more people willing to join bounty the more chances crypto world will grow and more big opportunities will be opened. Bounty campaigns are more and more popular, and the number bounty hunter in crypto grows with every day. Therefore, some managers limit the number of participants in their companies. I think this is the right decision and fully support it.

Actually, there are bounty campaigns which limits their participants. Though it is not that big of a deal really. Investors would tend to invest and, can, at the same time join bounty. They know too well that if they do believe the project then it is better to throw your money than catching some free small money being partitioned in different campaigns to a lot of participants. Also, participants would tend to find another campaign if they think there are too many participants already so in other words it tends to limit themselves rather than implementing something to limit them.

That's right, each bounty has their own criteria that tend to limit its participants, and also, over the course of a project, so many people actually come and go to those bounty campaigns because of different reasons. Say around 100 or more people enrolled in an ICO, by the end of the project there would only be around half or about half and a quarter left from its original participants with a few more joining say a month or two before it ends. Every person has his or her own strategy on how to win big even in this bounty campaigns.

Participants receive Bounty a lot, especially for company signatures. I think that the reduction in awards would reduce the number of participants in the bounty.

In my opinion I think all ICO's should limit the number of bounty participants but on the other side in one particular ICO its good for them to have many bounty participants to advertise their project and be more successful.

There are some good to this way and some pthers scam that waste your time..

With the way things are evolving in this space, many of these cryptos that do not have strong propositions will cease to exist, and many more woulkd have to be created to replace them. The space would become very big in a few years (at least few trillion dollars) due to increased adoption and cryptos playing mainstream  in our day-to-day lives and many more tokens would need to be created to solve numerous challenges especially as digitalization is revolutionizing the way we do things faster than we can breathe.
