Good day!
Quite interesting, but I didn’t understand - I buy your oil or I buy something I add to it myself?
When you buy Valena products you buy additives for oil, which you add yourself. In the future, we plan a full-fledged release of the 5th generation of oils, based on our advanced technologies. Smiley
5th - because there are 4 already? xd
Specifically, we have no oils yet, but we will follow the example of great companies and start right away with the 5th generation Grin

We manufacture our product in Russia. We also rent the plant's capacity. Building your own factory by the way is in our roadmap. Wink

Yes, thanks to our product, we reduce friction between parts. And this leads to less wear and damage to parts. Also our product reduces harmful emissions from the engine. If you have any questions, ask. Smiley

I don't understand what your project is about,  I don't think you’ve chosen the right strategy.  Probably,  standard way to attract investments from venture capital fund would suit you better.
Great question, dear friend! IPO is a costly solution which is affordable for companies with high turnover. Our company bets on ICO (TGE) as the mechanism for ICO is less costly and more democratic, available to a wide range of start-up companies, ICO is a good way to attract more investors and to develop our business.

Totally agree, nowadays it makes more sense due to crowdfunding trend
I personally think, that once the bubble of scam is over and the market is filled with real projects like your - IPO will be passed thing

I don’t think that building plant nowadays is a good thing
As a golden rule says - outsource everything you can outsource
So you can fully concentrate on your company and it’s know-how
But I’m not professional, and I’m sure you know what you are doing Smiley

Also, no matter what anyone says, if it is about chemistry and physics - Russia is the place where they do stuff Smiley

May your technological solution be applied not to oil?
As I understood, it is all about moving parts, but not everywhere where moving parts are destroyed with friction oil is used...

Disagree with you
This guys want to produce new and the manufacturing is the main process of the company, along with further scientific research
You can hardly outsource it...

I love the plan of building your own plant! Good luck Wink

Oil plays a huge role in the engine! Let's talk a little about what happens when you add our product to the engine. The Valena-SV engine additive forms a 1-2 micron protective ion film on the friction surfaces. Thanks to the ion film, the internal mobile units begin to work in the mode of non-wear friction. Ion film protects engine parts from hydrogen wear, preventing the formation of metallic dust (chips) in the oil. As a result, the life of filters and parts increases. Ion film thickness of about two microns covers the microcracks, which leads to a noticeable reduction in noise and vibration. Copper ions actively take away heat from the foci of friction, slowing the burning and oxidation of the oil. The temperature of the oil in the friction nodes is reduced by 20-30 degrees, increasing the service life of the oil by 2-3 times.
All this leads to a reduction in emissions and fuel economy. Smiley
