All the crypto fall Down every another day, this is not something new that we haven't seen in the past.  I see so many threads related to market falling down, everything is red, market destroyed and so on and most of these threads are created by newbies and jr.members which are deliberately searching for answers but forget to properly look at other threads.

The simple answer for this question is "volatility factor" and many more which causes market to fall but all these things have a temporary effect and eventually everything is green after some time.

Maybe because most investors still think of crypto as bubbles I guess. They don't really have faith on this market and they invested more than they can afford to lose. So if there's just a tiny movement of dropping they would think of it as 'crashed'. I would say the recent downfall in values is caused by those F.U.Ders and weak hands just can't handle it. This is normally happens in the crypto world, some times all are increasing and some time all are decreasing. Hereafter all will be in increasing range because June starts normally from June the prices starts to increase. Expect this will happen this year also.
