Why doesn't Sam just take the coin and run?
Because not doing so gives (some) people reason to believe he is legit and its an honest failure rather than a scam. In almost all previous scams he acted similarly, paying back some coins for some time and pretending he was really trying very hard to make good on his debt/promise. In the case of bitdaytrade it pretty much took a year before people gave up. If he actually runs, he has no excuses left and everyone with a vested interest will be contacting police/sec/sfc/hired guns. This is a fail explanation. He could of ran since IPO with none of their information ever being posted. With fake aliases, you would never know the name fabrizio, alessia, or albertro To show how your explanation fails, he has already been reported and is being hunted down by members

Yeah since fabrizio's name was on the prospectus, Im sure no one would have noticed that. Nor the fact that alberto is his brother in law. Nor the fact that Alessi had been contact with some forum members even before the ipo.

If Sam and/or his 'team' (LOL) believes in the company, why aren't they buying the stock?
There's over 600,000 shares available at an average price of 0.0003. Sure that's the bargain of the century, eh Sammy?
Why are you not taking advantage of it? Certainly based on your promises it's an irresistible deal.
Could it be that even you and your 'team' don't believe what you've promised?
Has it gotten that sad there, Sammy? Even you don't believe in yourself any more?

So none of those 4 bitcoin scams perpetrated by Alberto were scams then? Or where did you think that scanned passport came from? You are the idiot who keeps falling for it and thereby proving exactly why it works (on some people).

I think they are hoping and waiting to get their chips soon trying to by time. End of the day they did have Howard and The7 work on chips.
Then they will probably post pictures everything, and say seeee we never lied. Even though they have lied lol.
Or it's the worst SCAM in the history of mankind, where we know their exact address from their IP's, their identities, and even their mothers.

Like we didnt know that of Pirate. And its not like Alberto wanted you to know. Here are a few clues for you: - Alberto never used his own name, his involvement was explicitly denied - AFAIK Alberto has always been using tor, except for the time he mistakenly didnt. Yep even scammers make mistakes, even though he is apparently a good enough scammer to fool most of you 4x now and you are still not convinced he is a scammer. Ill let you decide if that means he is a worldclass pro or if people who still believe, are just idiots. Or both. - SO far, Im not aware of any bitcoin scam were the loot was returned and the scammer brought to justice based on either IP address or identity. The only scammer that is in trouble is Pirate and even then its only because the government stepped in because the bitcoin community could do jack shit about it other than scream bloody murder and harassing his parents.

And yet they still have plenty of cheerleaders and investors in denial. They won't go to jail because they can just hide behind their incompetence running the "business".

Such charade may convince JohnyBigs, its not going to hold any water if any shareholder decides to take this to court or regulators decide to investigate and prosecute. There may not be a law against bad management, but materially misrepresenting key facts in a prospectus, and later to shareholders, misappropriating company funds for personal gain, heck even soliciting funds for an unregistered security.. those are all illegal in any country that matters. "oops sorry we tried" aint gonna cut it. Not that Im holding my breath for any labcoin investor to take legal action.

Hashrate going down.
Daily dividends only being paid out every other day now.
Not looking good, Al.
If you have anything to show us, you know like an accounting of funds or pictures of hashers, this is when you want to do it.
Good luck, Al, it looks like this ride is coming to an end.
