Dividends are over and "Sam" is never refunding the 7000 BTC (any lesser amount must be fully accounted for).

It's time to move this to a legal resolution.

-I requested a transfer to havelock when btctc died, but cryptostocks wouldn't do it.

Alberto is a multimillionaire now. If Bitcoin keeps rising he will eventually be worth $50-$100 million. Nice world we live in, huh?

the bids aren't gone.. there's just  nothing lower than .0001 atm so every time a bid gets entered its immediately executed.

the company still has a market cap of 1000BTC

or head down to CheGongMiao station and wait for a italian guy with a gym bag and a hoodie to walk past and say Ciao..

apparently he likes to go rock climbing there.

can't be too hard since westerners stick out like sore thumbs in china.

or you could go to his office at OPPO and ask for fabrizio

Sam,

thanks for the answers so far, but.. Funds - would you be willing to show someone here how many of the IPO coins are still in labcoin's hands?

also - once we are hashing @ a serious rate - will you give up your "day job" and focus on this project, if that is a yes - what % of the network will labcoin need to achieve to make this financially viable for you?

Financial statements will be released soon. I'm already considering quitting my day activities.

How are those financial statements coming along?

Why not? This is clearly something that is a scam or very close to being one. Why will he not open up information to the community to help shareholders?

He is a libertarian with the belief that if you are scammed, it is your own fault.
which makes no sense if you have the means to help, why make it easier for the scammer to get away?

No, I had my own setup with tracking php code. It's no rocket science, you need only some place to host it and find some way how to feed it to user labcoin Wink

The only drawback is, that you might actually leak info about yourself if you're not cautious.

I agree where you are coming from. If he can be a part of the greater good of helping those who have become a victim it makes no sense at all. Theymos needs to think about the number of victims and money lost and change his perspective.
