What else is required to run these?

I have been looking for an excuse to buy one of these for myself to experiment with.

It's a regular linux computer, just very tiny. You'll need a micro-USB cable to power it, an SD card for the OS, and the typical monitor / mouse / keyboard setup. USB hubs are also useful but unnecessary.

(I have one, they're awesome!)

hmm, well, the buy now price on bitmit is higher than retail ($35)...

If anyone were to make a profit you would have to purchase them lower than retail with a bulk discount, with that being said, what kind of discount would you be offering for a lot of say, 25 units?

Retail on a grade b is 35 plus freight.  They are selling everywhere at or near 43 plus freight.  I have to make money too.

If you want 50 send me an offer.  That is where you get the discount  but do not make stupid offers.  I know what distribution pays because that is where I get them.

If not I thank you for the criticism and will move on.

Yes, retail is $35+ freight ($3) from element14/newark.com, of which if I buy more than 10 at a time, I get 15% off + free shipping (depending on the amount bought I get more of a discount, buying 50 would get 20% discount + free freight). So please don't try to scam me to think it's worth more. If you can do better than that, let me know, you're the one looking for quick cash.

Newark has them for $35 with no sd card http://www.newark.com/raspberry-pi/raspbrry-modb-512m/model-b-assembled-board-only/dp/43W5302
and $40 with a noobs sd card http://www.newark.com/raspberry-pi/raspberry-pi-8gb-usd/model-b-8gb-sdcard-w-noobs-pre/dp/04X5042 and free shipping.
Why in the world would anyone pay you more then they could pay directly from an actual distributor with a return policy, customer service, and warranties?
Also why would you purchase these as an investment? The entire point of the raspberry pi project was to provide a computer to everyone for a cheap price, what made you think you should make a profit off that idea?
People selling them on ebay are losing money to fees hence the markup.
The only way that I see you selling these here is to sell them at the same cost they can be purchased through other distributors at a BTC exchange.  But good luck  Undecided

You are correct.  I am willing to sell them below my cost.  Of course you all do not know what that is so if you are interested in 50 please make an offer.  IF you are not interested please do not waste everyone's time by pouting about the fact that you are only able to get them at 35.00 each.  I get them for less.  An the guy that thinks he can get 15% off from Newark for buying 10 I hope you get them Smiley and free freight.

You want a great price buy 50 from me.

I get them every week. Wink $298 total for 10...

Hence why I asked how much for 25... but it appears that you are willing to sell them individually (assumption made on the basis that you are selling two of the 50 on Bitmit) but never answered my question regarding 25, you keep asking people to make an offer on 50, yet you already have one that's bid on at Bitmit...
