My family is selling a property in a South American country, we are accepting BTC's for it. It should be around 3000 BTC's 1500 BTC's. Also considering selling small parts of its land.

Edit 28/11/2013:
- Updated the price to better represent current BTC/USD.
- Please PM if you are interested, it will be necessary for you to find and contact a local real state agent in order to review documents.

what is big land? and house? I know Banos, and I already own a home in Pifo. for 3000 BTC it better really big. Yes Ecuador is nice but with $500,000 I can buy a lot.

if you are serious then post the size of the land, pictures and the size of the house pictures again. Or give me the address of your place and I will look at it myself.

Easy for americans to own land here?

Yes and no, Ecuador is a big attractor of Expats looking to retire in a beautiful country with low cost of living, but it is like 20 years behind Western world in technology. Owning land is ok, but it was like that in Venezuela too. One bad president like Chavez and they nationalize everything. That is why I have our properties in my wifes name only since she is Ecuadorian. No gringo names on the deed. You just never no in South America how long they presidents will last and how far left they will lean. I would rather be safe than sorry.

Also, this seller (should we call him that) didnt mention that Banos is next to or on the side of a Volcano that has been threatening to blow for quite a few years. It would have to be a Huge house and a lot of property  to be $550,000 worth in those conditions...

This is only my opinion of course, everyone has one.

The property is next to "Rio Verde", away from any problems the Tungurahua Volcano could ever bring. Baños is well know outside Ecuador been one of its most touristics landmarks, so I wrote it as a reference been so close. We already negotiating with some people, but feel free to PM for details. As I wrote we have lot of land to sell.

Could you elaborate on this? Internet for example, I live not to far from Pifo, and get Fiber Internet using Netlife.  If I need to buy anything from the USA I can order it online and have it and my doorstep in a week.

Chill a bit, not sure why you have this aggressive tone in your mail,  If some one gets interested, most probably nows a lot about Ecuador, will visit the place to see it, and research well its investment before doing anything.

Im interested if you really have it.

I'm curious on what makes you believe I may not have this?

I have the property, the papers have my name on them. You are welcome to visit the country to see the property at any time. If you prefer not to travel you could contact a real state agent to verify the property for you.

The property is a few minutes after you cross Rio Verde's tunnel in direction to "El Oriente". You can see the house from the road. We had it rented out as a "Hostería" , a lodging place for people visiting the area. Now is locally for sale in dollars and we have some people interested. Of course We will be happy to sale the property in BTC's or a mix between dollars / BTC's.

Ecuador is a great place to retire, this area is quiet and becoming very popular with tourists so a good place for a lodging business.

I will be happy to show the property to any one visiting.

So "Goat" decided to take it against me because I did not trust to send him some pictures of my property. (agreed that I should have post them earlier).

"Demanded I remove the neg feedback or he would leave neg for me.  "

How about you post some screens to prove this?

I think I have uncovered what lies beneath the skin of the Goat! a poisonous SNAKE! I have been "bitten" by this "Dude", don not let it bite you. Stay away.

It would be best for you to start a thread in the scamming section if you think I abused you or scammed you in anyway.

I have already wasted too much time with you. I will let time do its thing, it wont be long until everyone knows you are a SNAKE.

Could you please post a screen of this threat, or is this another of your lies in "btc land".

Edit: Another thing, I'm not your mate.

You try to "keep your feedback 100% true" yet you unfairly attacked over and over many of the users of this forum?

Everyone should know this about the"Goat"

You are a Proven Bully and a Liar.
