UPDATE: temporary suspended as no longer available. once confirmed this thread is subject of archiving, locking and optional removal ;) FALSE: 1965-1969 silver half dollar coins. the 1970 half dollar is also 40% silver but was only available in collectors sets, not usually found in junk silver bags. I don't have any of those, thus only 1965-69 offered. PM me count (how many you'd like) and country (for postage fees) if interested. asking price per 1 Kennedy half dollar 40% silver is updated on 3rd October also available 1 us$ silver certificate bill (not to be confused with actual silver) for 2 btc or best offer. on related note: I also sell Zimbabwe 100 trillion dollar notesestimated 30+ satisfied customers in last 9 months. Chances are good I will not run away with your bitcoins look at this offer similar to guys selling canned coffee and food to miners in California (usually during each gold rush someone offered services to the local mining community). here you can trade / buy something tangible with your mined coins. this is just another such service. It's not heavily advertised elsewhere. insider.JOKE: not all about the offer is false, at the time of writing the coins seem to be gone but the silver certificate paper bill was still available

Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

price still stands at 1 btc for 1 40% silver half dollar. maybe I should upload some pics.
You can also put it free on the classifieds at http://spendbitcoins.com. Not a lot of seller competition there yet and we get thousands of hits a week, so you should get a few views.

I was surprised to visit the wiki Trade page after some months and bookmarked like 20+ sites to visit when I get more time, just for this reason (classifieds for bitcoin collectables - z$, silver rounds, bitcoin post stamps and also probably some other silver coins) btw could you share some geo location data, where are they mostly from?

I can verify the legitimacy of the seller. I bought one of those crazy 100 trillion dollar Zimbabwe bills off of him and he shipped it very quickly.

I just peeked at shipping costs of big & heavy letters. 500 gram registered would be 11 Eur. Worldwide. That would cover up to 40 1/2 $ coins. 1 kilo letter would be 16 Eur (4 Eur for registered option included) All available coins weight 560 gram (including the plastic tube). Small orders welcome. Rule of thumb for pricing is the silver spot price and mt.gox 24h average. Script used in OP has silver price hardcoded and may show bogus data. Please PM or reply here for quote
