We were also surprised by the "new rules" of this forum on January 17, 2019, when three members with a high rating (TheNewAnon135246, LeGaulois, Lauda) simultaneously felt "deceived" and decided to indicate their disagreement exactly by lowering the trust of our service but by expressing their opinion in our thread. In other words, a collective simultaneous downgrade by prior agreement can isolate on the forum a company or any member whose opinion is undesirable for some reason.

The second time we were surprised a little bit when the moderators of the forum in response to our request for clarification of these action completely ignored it, thereby taking the side of those who took part in the downgrade.

We believe the readers of our thread and all the members of the forum are able to draw the right conclusions from this.

Have completed mixing about 3 days ago using bestmixer for the first time and sent my coins to the wallet specified by bestmixer.io however the coins still haven't arrived  at the destination address. I have asked support for information on the time delay set but they have so far been very unhelpful and instead of answering my questions have referred me to a generic youtube video of how the service works which is not helping at all.

I simply need to know for my order number when  the coins are due. Why is support not helping me? I have sent them screenshot of the complete tx via their support but no one is helping. Can someone assist?
