Why would ANYONE give a loan to a known scammer who even admits he'll go any extent to get money. If you want to beg you're better off mooching off some relatives and friends IRL than asking here

I have always advocated a system where Newbies are not allowed to brandish any kind of services here, be it run a campaign to offering/getting a loan or selling scripts. Most times it ends in scams, just the above. I hope the mods or Theymos act swiftly on this.
