Is there something I'm missing or are the trading fees on ANX really absurdly high compared to any other btc exchange?

they planed to introduce a fee system based on volume, but they did not realise it. Instead they told me, if you have a volume higher than 100btc/month, you can contact them to reduce fee.

BTW: Have you send any cash to them recently? I am very cautious with them.

yes it is misleading.

my last deposit was several months ago, so I don't know the situation.  Obviously they don't have forum support anymore...
But I got a reply from their normal support, that I can use API version 3, a websocket API, which has no limits.

So currently I plan to use anx more and do deposits again.

Yes. But in fact bitcoincharts itself is not trustworthy as it depends on voluntarily feed and request from exchanges. They would admit regardless of risk and reputation of the feeder

It has been showing as "coming soon" for several months now.

ANXBTC are a bunch of liars. They also claim to have a phone support, which they don't.

Hi there,

I've got my premium card some time ago, ordering and shipping worked really well. The card arrived some days later with express shipping!
The card top-up works fast and flawless too. Paying with it (MasterCard) also works really good.

BUT: They write that there is no "Card Load Fee". Maybe that's true, but the top-up exchange rate is always exactly 3% under the average USD exchange rate. And I'm not even talking about the ANXBTC EUR rate on bitcoinity that is also 1% above the Kraken rate. So combined with the bad MasterCard rates the fee for using that card is 3-5%. Well, at least that looks like a solid business model for ANX and MasterCard (or Sura Global).

I came here to explain exactly that. I don't have a debit card but saw the hidden fees. At this exact moment, rates are:

Bitstamp BTC price is @ BID 331.65 - ASK 331.95
ANXBTC  BTC price is @ SELL (how much they pay for your BTC) 324.00 - BUY (how much YOU pay to buy BTC from them) 354.88


The only service they offer that I would consider is the debit card. You put BTC for free, convert to USD @ 3% exchange rate fee and spend online. Useful when you cannot buy stuff cheaper directly with bitcoins.

Is it only me that are having deposit problem with ANXPRO ? I have sent several emails that are still unreplied, finally yesterday they confirmed that they got the money and that they'll be deposited into my account today. And now they have changed their mind and telling me they are speaking with the bank.

Here's a part of my email conversation. Yesterday they confirmed they would deposit the money today, and today they are telling me that they are communicating with the bank. It has been one almost one week since my bank confirmed that they got the money.

I am going to file a police report today. Anyone that has been scammed that want to join me ?

US$100 seems like a lot and the fee is not listed anywhere on the site. I've never done KYC for a company though.

This is an honest report of my experience with ANX PRO in Hong Kong
These guys loosely fits the title of being a legitimate business, their tactics might as well be identified as a scammer.

Deposit Fees a whopping 2.5%
Withdrawla Fees another whopping 1%
Trading fees 0.3 to 0.6%

Now these fees are published on their website so you may question why did I still use their service despite the fees?/
The difference is once you decide to buy from their exchange, you can see their prices for both Bitcoin and Ethereum being extremely
illquid, meaning they are NOT giving you the market price. They bump up their Bid price by at least 5 %- 20% above market and sell
it to their clients. What they are effectively doing is being a market maker, if you are into trading stocks, you know market makers give you the WORST
possible price. Their business model is basically them buying Bitcoins from the current market price or lower then bump up the price, break the Bitcoin into many fractions
each at escalating prices giving the illusion of supply or liquidity then turn around and scam their clients.

You be better off paying 5% by purchasing with your credit card to avoid ALL id checks or use the US Gemini EXCHANGE where they charge ZERO FEES.

To their credit, the issue has been finally resolved. The fact that it took ages is a whole another story though.
