I personally a blockchain enthusiast, especially for bitcoin as a breakthrough and the first step of introducing blockchain to the world.

It may be very good to start formal teaching for blockchain, because in general when it is applied real world will be a lot of conveniences gained from it.

Pros and cons are always there, let alone see not all countries support crypto though only as a digital asset.

Very "promising for the future I think, where some of the last time experts in the world of cryptocurrency earn a considerable amount of income.

In a nutshell, all back to us, if we believe and support for crypto continue to survive then this will last for a long time. Vice versa.

Given the scope and future of this field, I think it is a really good thing. People must be educated so that they know where exactly the world is heading and what is in the store for them.
The major pros that I can see are:
1. Proper education, so people can make informed trading choices.
2. People would not get scammed as they would know what precautions to take while transacting.
3. It would help the cryptocurrency community as more people would enter the market.

I don't really see many cons with this idea and I strongly feel that this should be introduced by the government in the near future.

All i know was that someone offer an online crypto courses for a dedicated students to learn but it is not yet applies to every schools and maybe not even in school. It could be helpful if you could just elaborate those schools that you were talking? Do you mind if i can get the sources? If you do have some sort of legitimate source it could be helpful because i couldn't find it yet.

The problem right now is that there is no established material, books or professors in this field. You may offer courses in cryptocurrency, but unfortunately the teacher may know less than the students. It is an evolving field and people interested in cryptocurrencies may learn more through actually trying out cryptocurrencies, rather than taking up courses.

None of the schools or academy can give the better explanation about bitcoin beginners level coaching as well. I strongly boycott the academies making money out of sharing a knowledge to someone else with the high cost.
I see normal KG level are also looking 1k USD and more as a donation alone. Apart from that term fees and many shits they collect from us.

If you want to learn about bitcoin, use the article available in online and youtube videos which perfectly explains the bitcoin evaluation. There is video called Rise and Rise of bitcoin, which will work perfect for the beginners.

Taking such classes don't contribute you much, but as it is very new technology, it gives you an idea, and if you be curious then you can find yourself in this industry after college.

Crypto classes are important as they boost the general and detailed understand of crypto currency, i think they are important as people no longer depend on rumors for information, instead they get to know the facts

blockchain technology is not only a new technology but also a very good one with lots of potential and usages.  soon we will see a lot more actual usages in real world for blockchain technology all around the world in a lot of different fields. so we need to be ready for that. this requires proper education on different levels. whether it is a simple class for younger generation in schools or an advanced course in universities.

not that this is not about bitcoin but mostly about the underlying technology, and that is a good thing.

Some schools and universities already included classes and courses about cryptocurrency and blockchain technology. Of course that's a good thing because people that wants a better and deeper understanding of this technology will be able to gain more knowledge but the problem here is if you took a course for this, you won't get much opportunity to get a job related to this but I'm sure blockchain technology still has a lot of use that some people/developers are not yet aware, so it still a good thing to take this course/classes. Who knows, in the future some companies might hire or offer a job to you to be a part or improve their blockchain projects.

Teaching about bitcoins and cryptocurrencies in schools is a step in the right direction because the technology is quite new to many. It would help boost people understanding concerning investment, trading and mining in cryptocurrencies.  However, the organizing bodies must also teach the risk aspect of it so participants would fully fathom how things work in cryptos. I believe if done properly, the advantages would far exceed the disadvantages

Schools are a good source of knowledge so this is the good thing not only the student who interest to get involve to bitcoin but also those who do no have any care about bitcoin they will forced to learn it if those subjects are part of their curriculum.

I see it on the news from our country that this courses related to crypto currency and blockchain are now offered to some schools and university in our country, i think this is a good thing that this courses and subject will learn from school not only from the internet.
