Someone should call Scotland Yard and tell them to check into Alpha to make sure that they are not funding terrorism. Watch them sweat then.

that`s very rasist...

Racist is just a perception. Especially with whats going on in the world now.
Millions of dollars missing no prototype.
The time IS NOW to call Scotland Yard and Manchester police as group.
All this lawsuit, small claims talk is a huge waste of time.
Get Scotland Yard to rush in and sweep these guys premises.
Check the legitamacy of use of millions of our dollars.
You would think with allllll that momey they would have a video.
You cant even enter a country with more than 10k and they have miillions of our hard earned.
Shares in what.? Air?
Everyone make the call to Scotland Yard AND Manchester Police today make them take it seriously.
Mention the milliions mention their shady background and disappearance.
Lets get some reaults
And for those including Alpha that ohhh but this is why they fell out with Dexel the abuse or its unfair or racist. I say suck it up and grow a huge pair of fucking nuts. This isnt about groups and other bullshit. It could very well be funding terrorism. Fuck that shit I dont want that on my conscience. Post this and +1 if you will be calling the authorities today. Or -1 if you have a pussy where your dick used to be. (no offence ladies)

If alpha misses Q3 delivery deadline someone with experience could set up a class action so that other claimants can join. Would that make sense? It might be more effective and cheaper as if everyone goes for it on its own (over moneyclaim etc.)

We don't have class actions in the UK.

Their payment department has been swamped? People are remitting payment? Haha.

Maybe what that means is, they've been swamped with paying debts off and keeping the cleaning crew at bay.

Hello there,

We are very sorry but as per our cancellation policy it has been longer
than 5 months since you placed your order therefore you are no longer
eligible for a refund. Please note we have been very clear and open with
our terms of order, it was released as a news update, it is easily
available on our website and you are urged to view it on the product
page before you order. Please understand our development has real costs
and your funds have gone into the production of it as per the terms we
agreed upon. We are very sorry but it is unrealistic at this point to
expect your funds to be reversed; we simply cannot afford to refund you.

Best Regards,

Alpha Technology Team

Response of Alpha Group, its been more than six months you fall asleep and your clients have no miner outputs. You must repay your customers

the next update will be we have no money.

more than likely...or a formal announcement indicating they are going to need another 2 weeks :p
Maybe a month.

Can Alpha buy from other manufacturers and fulfil its own order?
lol...truth is I was being sarcastic.  I really doubt they would be able to buy from other manufacturers to fulfill their orders since I suspect they have likely blown all of the customer funds on hookers and coke-a-cola.  It's doubtful a single penny of investor money has gone towards any sort of gear at all at this point (have you seen the pictures?)

Anyway, this nightmare is drawing to a close relatively soon.

pretty much nothing.   they've been deleting posts and banning people that bitch, which they do apparently still have time for.

it's silence from Alpha, aside from some promise to update over the next couple of days.

you've got a few people posting, but it's mainly meaningless.  there are still a couple of useful idiots telling people to be calm, all will be well and they hope Alpha becomes a no 1 player in this market.  If they actually believe there is any chance of any of that they have a fucking brain tumor.

It's useless shit.  you're missing nothing.

The company behind its terms and conditions that are no longer valid, the company itself does not meet the due date to its customers. So the policy of the Terms is not in order.

Yep, There was ZERO doubt that this was a scam, yet some people chose to argue that it was worth the risk because it would be such a powerful scrypt miner. I gave many people advice that buying GPU farms at the time was a much better investment in hardware. Anyone who did that should have had a nice return by now, where all the greedy kids who believed these lies are getting screwed.

The scam was so obvious? From day one if you did your research they were the most transparent...and took 30% not 100% like other companies...obviously you're happy you didn't get f#cked but for those of us who did it just happens that they turned out to be full of shit. Things were going great communication wise until they dropped off the face of the earth. So no I did not see this coming. Always a risk obviously but if it had been that obvious there wouldn't be so many intelligent people that invested and there deff are a lot of smart ass people that did.

No, from day one they promised things that were out of reach, the address was a shack, they had no legit information or staff, and there were MAJOR suspicions about the claims. I'm not seeing a lot of intelligent people "invested" here, just a lot of people who ignored all the warning signs, and actual warnings.
