I sent tokens other than BTM to my Bytom address, but they didn't arrive. Where are they?
It is impossible to send tokens other than BTM to your Bytom address. We can’t recover those tokens since it is another Blockchain and therefore out of our control.
How can I store BTM tokens?
We recommend that everybody stores their BTM tokens in imtoken or MyEtherWallet.
I sent BTM to the wrong destination address. What can I do?
In the event of sending BTM to an incorrect address you will lose access to your funds. There is nothing we can do from our side to help retrieve your tokens.
