It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

А смысл? Они сольют какому-нибудь amd a10 (~500 GFLOPS)

I'd be a bit more pessimistic than you tnt. Unfortunately the processor doesn't have a rotate instruction, so would probably have to resort to shifts.
