Our forum name is bitcoin, so here we can talk about ETH or not?

Here everywhere i just see topic about bitcoin, don't have any about ETH, about other coin we can talk about here or not?

Please don't laugh at me, because I'm a novice, thanks.

Yes you can.
But it does belong in the proper section of the forum as it is considered an alt coin.

There is also a forum called ethtalk or something like this.
Found out with doing a search about mining.
