I have found that all the ICOs i have invested in have launched at almost the ICO price but in a few days dipped below the ICO prices by half or 5X for some.

With this i have discovered its better not to invest in an ICO but wait for the launch and the DIP to buy it at the corrected prices made by market forces.
Its just too hard to tell the real or recommended value of a token in an ICO these days.

That is true, Many project that opening an ICO during 2018 is totally different with the condition in 2017. Also there are more scam project occur in 2018.
Everyone need to be really cautious about the condition this year, so we won't get scammed.

In the year 2017 they have more ICO who become successful and 2018 cames there is a lot of ICO turn into scam and this year there is a lot of ICO compared last year and we need to be careful on that.

Yeah you are right, many ICO in 2018 not as legit as ICO in 2017 because the price of Bitcoin keeps decreasing from $17k to $6k. Also, There's too many scam ICO on this year that makes many investors worry investing their money to the ICO.

I think it the same with you. More ICOs in 2017 are legit compare ICOs in 2018. I have noticed it since I am in ICOs world from 2017 until now. ICOs from 2017 got me profit but ICOs in 2018 still hard to tell because many of them are lower than the ICO price.

Yes ofcourse that has a big difference between ico of 2017 and 2018, i think for now there are many new created ico which are not legit or scam ico, its because ico before are profitable thats why scammer taking advantage to create ico to scam people.

There should be difference every year and every now and then. So investors should consider that every ICO has their own unique characteristics and different usage. So whenever we invest in ICO, we should not be always looking for a x10 or even more to take less heartache if we did not achieve our expectations.

Well, just "valuable" advice for those whom for some reason you are called investors.) Investors are those who invested in the project during the ICO and not after its completion, when the tokens have already entered the exchange. If everyone will "invest" on your principle, the projects will not collect even soft cap and you simply have nothing to buy.
