Thanks guys for giving me good advice. I guess I have to buy a hardware wallet.

Yes. Hardware wallet is one of the safest options out there if you use it properly.
Investment in such is very low if we see what are the potential losses in case of attacks.
Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

Hello

Im new in cryptocurrency. I registered on blockchain wallet. Someone told me to secure the private keys in the blockchain wallet. I know this post seems to be very funny for you tech people. But I want to know that, in which option in the blockchain wallet i could get the private key & how can i secure the private key. PLease help me out.

Just keep your private key safe and do not let others know the first one to secure your paper wallet or any wallet that holds the private key. make sure that you do not open phishing sites and provide the information the hackers suddenly attack them especially for newbie who are not aware of computer technologies.

Basically you can secure and keep your wallets private keys and any things that can keep and secured your privacy is that don't tell anyon about it and save it in notes and other tool in your cell phone.

Just secure your 12 phrase password i have blockchain.info wallet and keep it or write it down. Don't keep alot of your savings there diversify it on other hardware wallet. If you can't afford to buy one then download Electrum or coinomi if you're using android phone.

First of all, keep them in a safe place and do not share them. Using a paper wallet is the best way to keep them safe

Though we say Hardware wallets are fully secure but not a 100% assurance that our coins still be safe forever. However, it is much secure than of saving our holding in online wallets cause it is very prone for hacks and losses of private keys especially when we are using internet cafe. It is recommended that we should used our own PC and we should be careful in visiting sites especially involving eth address and keys.

Whether or not your wallet is safe depends on your own. Learn how to secure your wallet early because different from a Facebook account that only contains personal information, your Bitcoin wallet can be worth hundreds of thousands to billions of Rupiah. Very unfortunate when taken over by others

Just keep your private keys and keep is as a secret of yours, only you will be the only one to know it and maybe do not let others use your own desktop.

I suggest you to visit this thread I made https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3092808.msg31919039#msg31919039 as I discussed here some information about different wallet and I also discussed some information about blockchain.info as well. Blockchain.info is a good wallet as it only requires a browser and a good Internet connection. But this wallet is still buggy, and not. Highly Recommended to use for storing coins in long terms if you don't have control to your private keys.

Well, talking about securing our private keys. I also discussed it in the thread provided by the link above. There are several ways how to secure your private keys.

1. By saving a copy of your private keys in a flashdrive.
2. By printing your private keys.
3. By saving a copy of your private keys in Google drive or other cloud storage (choose trusted cloud storage).  This is not actually recommended because if ever that your account has been compromised. There is a chance that people who stole it may also steal your Coins.
4. Or keep it somewhere else you think that is safe.

First rule, never screenshot the keys as a hacker could get to them in your phone and use them to log in. Always write it down someplace safe only you have access to.

And sever your internet connection while you're writing it down.

Actually storing your private keys in a wallet services provider is quite risky cause no matter how careful you are and what precautions you take. The website that you use to store your bitcoins would still be in a risk of a hack. Also the same with desktop pc if you download a lot and click many links your pc and btc is at risk be hacked . No system is safe all you have to do is to learn how to be safe in the internet.
