How long have they been unconfirmed? Unless you really cut back on the transaction fee, I don't think you should be too concerned. This happens quite a lot especially if there are lots of transactions going on.

Yes, recently, bitcoin transactions are confirmed quickly, I do not think there is any other reason except he has cut transaction fees. And that's his fault.

I also had this problem when I was sending my bitcoin to yobit.  It took almost 3 days waiting for confirmations and I was really worried and disappointed since I was in a hurry to buy some altcoins dropping.  I was really wondering what causes these problems because I might encounter something like this in the future.

may be a cheap transaction fee so that the transaction needs to wait for the queue to be in the confidence, at least pairs of transaction fees are a little high so quickly confirmed

It's not a new issue. Recently bitcoin transaction confirmations are coming quickly if it's lagging I don't know the exact reason but I think it's because of the transaction fee, I mean you may forget to pay the transaction fee.

Maybe there is really cheap fees on the transaction so it has to wait on the queue until the transactions with the higher fees go through then yours will go through once it's been confirmed on a block. Also are you sure the transactions were made to right wallets? You know if you make transactions to a wrong wallet then those coins are lost forever.
