Just lost a phone I save my Ethereum private key and it keeps baffling me if there is a way of retrieving the private key. Pls, anybody with useful information on that should help. Thanks.

Thanks. Though I have thought of using the back up but everything was in the phone except that I also saved it in my telegram. But I'm thinking of way of retrieving it before restoring my telegram.

If you haven't made any backup of your private-key, there is nothing you can do.

What exactly did you save in your Telegram? If it was your private-key, then that's all you need.
P.s: Saving wallet backups or private-keys in a Telegram account/chat is a terrible idea. You should never backup them online - unless it's encrypted.

Ought to have also wrote the private keys down in a paper not phone which is not advisable and I hope you have the private keys back up somewhere else because if you dont, you can't have access to the wallet. However, I also lost some NEM mosaic too due to private keys misplaced.

Your private key is likened or similar to the secret pin number to your account, which is irretrievable when lost, of course this is different from convectional banking system where a customer agent could found solutions to it. However getting the password to your ethereum account and try to login and see how possible you can retrieve your private key.
