for now , market isn't unstable , and ICO project is hard to reach their hardcap , thats why the token rewarded by their project price is quite low , and i saw your rank is only newbie , which bounty u joining in?
if u only joining a social media bounty , u cannot earn alot token from thats , because social media bounty allocation is small amount and alot people joining in social media too.
but , if i were u , i will sell the token immediately if i needed money , because its not good holding alot of token at this time , then if u believe the project u joinning will success , just hold till u get profit or selling at ICO price.

If the value of your coins are now worth a can of soda, then you better take the risk of saving them in your wallet for a long time. Who knows, they will recover and earn some significant growth. For these rewards obtained through the bounty mission, I think you should choose some potential and stick to it. For those worthless tokens, my advice is to put them in the wallet, ignore them, maybe one day there will be a dark horse.

You can hold the tokens and wait for it to increase its value after several months. If you think that those coins has potential in a near future. You can also sell those tokens and buy a good one. But the down fall for that is its not a big amount of money that you can buy really good coins. Mostly good coina are more expensive than the ICO price of tokens that is starting. For me, you can hold your coins or tokens for several months and look if it will move or the value of it will increase. You will never tell what will happen after several months. Maybe it will be as high as litecoin or be as good as ethereum.

Hold it, and waiting for a right time to move. I mean hold the coin of your choice and sell it at the right time. Cause there's nothing we can do to gain a profit from crypto than hold and wait for the price is going high.
