Retail investors are the last to arrive. It's still nutters at the moment and professionals are only just starting to flirt with it. They're the ones who package it and sell it back to the regular investor.

Bitcoin is hailed as a new generation of investment assets. However, for this emerging investment product, many people are rejected because of lack of professionalism. Can Bitcoin become a new choice for asset allocation for ordinary investors?

I don't really understand what you are discussing. the collapse of bitcoin for traditional investment? this is certainly inversely proportional to your next question.
and for ordinary investors, everyone can make investments or crypto business. yes, as long as you have basic knowledge and want to find a lot of experience in order to get profit.

Bitcoin is a means of payment as well as a new investment asset that allows holders of traditional investment assets to switch to bitcoin if the price is higher. But if the bitcoin drops or collapses it I think it does not affect traditional investment.

I'll answer your title. The collapse of Bitcoin prices recently helps traditional investors to enter the market at seemingly low prices.

I think the word 'collapse' is exaggerated. Bitcoin is not collapsing, it's just having a correction of price in the market. The downfall from its ATH is somewhat expected to happen because of the hype it gathered during the months of November - December 2017. Honestly, it is more convenient to invest in BTC and other crypto currencies compared to traditional investments and savings account in banks.

If kriptonyte fall - hardly it will strongly affect other investment proposals. But many people do not come here not because there are not professionals, but because there is no opportunity to report on taxes. This is a ban for large investors to enter

I don't quite agree with you. Investing is a business. It requires certain knowledge and understanding of the laws of the market. Investors who are engaged in traditional investments are poorly versed in the peculiarities of the cryptocurrency market. I think it will stop them. This market attracts more and more speculators.

Many of those who are into bitcoin haven't even tried the traditional investment.  If bitcoin collapse, not sure if these people would go directly into investing  or transferring their money into traditional investment.  For one, the ease of investing in bitcoin compared to traditional investment is something that I think attracts these people to bitcoin.  The process of traditional investment might discourage them.

I heard some rumors that some stock investors are dumping their stocks and assets just to make investments in Bitcoin. But the sad part is they bought from the top when Bitcoin was still $15k to $19k. Now that their investments in Bitcoin was down more than 70%. They become so upset and stop from investing on any market.

Bitcoin is hailed as a new generation of investment assets. However, for this emerging investment product, many people are rejected because of lack of professionalism. Can Bitcoin become a new choice for asset allocation for ordinary investors?

" lack of professionalism " ? What about the technology or the investors are not professional? Do you have to acquire some

business degree for you to be able to trade commodities, before it is professional enough to trade? Bitcoin trading is open to

everyone, no matter what qualifications you have or how rich you are. This is why Bitcoin is so great, there is no barrier to

entry.  Wink

Well for newcomers irs really difficult for them whrn investingbecause they always want profit immediayely. They dont even underatsnd the co cept behind bitcoin. They look at bitcoin as a money making machine that when you put money in, it will give money back immediately plus profits. The collapse has exposed the newcomers of the reality of bitcoin which scares them so much. Thats why they panic sell

Bitcoin is a profitable new investment market. Bitcoin market fluctuates sharply and suddenly makes many worry. But the value of Bitcoin has increased again and according to annual statistics it has increased over time. In order to become a Professional Investor in this field, you need to have the knowledge, experience and learning to continuously monitor and analyze the market before making the final decision. And willingness to take risks can occur more than other traditional markets.

I see the fact that the value of Bitcoin increases with time. In the downtrend of Bitcoin, investors are not worried because they know it is just a normal market fluctuation. They know that its value will increase in the near future and will rise higher than it is discounted. Therefore, it will attract more investment and accumulate in Bitcoin.

I do not want to think it could affect traditional investment when bitcoin prices go up. Traditional investments are very popular because their new way of investing in bitcoins is becoming popular and outselling some other traditional investments. When bitcoin collapses or falls and not much also affects traditional investment today. Cool

Bitacoin has long been used as an investment asset by investors, as far as I know bitcoin is not only used by professional investors / large investors and ordinary investors, not even a few ordinary people who contribute in this investment.

The collapse of Bitcoin it will in no way affect the traditional investment it's obviously unrelated unless, if that person associates bitcoin with other investments it may be influential.

Of course this is an ongoing fact, with increasing numbers of users it will automatically make traditional investments like gold, land, property, stocks, mutual funds and so soon disappear.

I think there are many investors in the real world, who are moving into the world of cryptocurrency. They think the benefits are multiplied and in the not-too-distant future.

I think that bitcoin has an affect the traditional investment since the collapse that is being ask is not totally a final collapse and I consider it as temporary.
Bitcoin is volatile that by anytime this will fluctuate and comes back to where it had previously started to dive. This is just a normal scenario for bitcoin where there are times the recovery is faster and sometimes the recovery could take too long to move back. The collapse or the bear market is an opportunity to bitcoin investors to buy bitcoin at a lower price and this is how old investors of bitcoin will do and eventually hold their btc's for good.
