the first two paragraphs are just explaining the problem not the solution. and contain some obvious yet not so helpful pointers in them!
so far the question in the title is not answered.

then the article suddenly moves on to a totally different subject. while it is an important subject but it is irrelevant to the subject and the problem at hand (which is not yet answered). it explains how to buy and introduces exchanges (completely off topic).

then it moves to another important but completely irrelevant subject: cold storage! so as a reader who saw the title and wanted that question answered now i am reading another irrelevant content here

finally it moves to something that is move relevant: Fundamental Analysis but i still say it is all over the place and too vague.
then to make things even worse it brings in TA but leaves the explanation half ass by only showing 2 charts!

For everyone here should be smarter to determine which coin or tokens are good for investing. And I do not recommend for beginners to invest in ICO. Now some of the ones I followed indicated a scam of almost 50%. I do not know whether I chose ICO or is now a lot of ICO scam.

Only a fool person will spend his/her money for an investment but his/her doesn't know where they investment. And for me, investing in ICO for a beginner doesn't matter as long as they knows how to invest in ICO, with chooses a good ICO and believe that ICO project will succesfull. And there is no other way to get it all is learn and understand ICO and cryptocurrency, so it's basically to start investing wherever you choose the key is you should figure out the investments place.

Yeah, everyone who's into crypto should already know how to trade and have their own wallet. These parts doesn't seem necessary for picking the best investment it should be moved on a seperate article and there's too much bolded phrases.

A lot of people prefer investing in the top 10 because for them they see it as a safer investment than other alts that could be a potential scam coin i(t's better to be safe than sorry right?). If I don't know anything about crypto I would probably do the same thing.

It depends on what you mean by best. The top 10 on coinmarketcap are the safest. Older established coins will have good volume. New coins may have highest growth potential if they can get the interest of investors.

For me the best one is monero because this is fully private, no government can tract it or identify the owners of wallets as nsa made it in bitcoin. It probably will very interesting coin.

Still, bitcoin and Ethereum are best to invest at, that two coins will surely give you a profit. So don't remove them on your list. If  you have more funds then add doge, neo and xrp when necessary so that you also have an alternative.

I'm quite conservative, so I'd only really spend on btc and eth, which as of now seem to be the most "stable" of cryptos and unlikely to simply fold and vanish. Problem with the less known coins is that they are mostly pump and dump. Even some of the other more well-known coins can suddenly just fold at a whim.
