If there is a charity accepting bitcoins do you prefer to give some of yours Huh

Me: I will if there is, but for now I don't have yet. Wink

EDITED:

Yeah it a hassle for now.

Another question: But what if there is fiat will be disappear in the future and crypto will conquered the world and all payment transactions will be on blockchain system?
So is this applicable right?

Well charity will accept anything as long as is good for them ..  anything that is... Related to money and ..all is acceptable ...so I don't think that... There won't be any which will... Deny !
Also .. even you can donate on the Bitcoins forum .. it's as same as.. any charity thing.

There sure is Botude!

Last week I've been to tokenfest.io in San Francisco. There were several projects related to charity that actually raise bitcoin/altcoins to give to charity. I believe they already raised about 86,000,000$ worth (https://pineapplefund.org/). And there are many more projects out there like this!

Personally I have no favorite (yet), but you might find something that meets your expectations Smiley

Let me know if you find any!

Bitcoin is not a suitable coin for charity, it's more like stealing. A very large commission for the transfer, how long have you been trying to throw another 10 cents in bitcoin? Charity should be such that each person has only positive emotions from the act, and when you donate 10 cents, and spend 10 dolars, one evil.

By contributing the shares to fidelity charitable, they were able to eliminate their capital gains tax exposure and take a charitable deduction in the amount of the fair market value of the shares.

Hello good day,If there is a charity that accept bitcoin for donation, Why not, If I earn in bitcoin I will share my blessing to those who also need.It will be a very wonderful feeling when you know you help without any expectation in return.I believed that in every blessing you received, it means you did good to others, the reason why God send you many blessings.Sharing is the most wonderful act in the world. Hopefully many will also share there blessing if there is a charity accept bitcoin as donation.Even not bitcoin you can also share, small act means a lot.

Cryptocurrencies are 100% legal to use for transactions that accept them, and that means your charity can definitely accept Bitcoin donations as well.

why making some problem for the charity?if you really wanna help them you dont need to ask about theyre BITCOIN WALLET ADDRESS because you can convert your own biticoin to fiats and give it to them,so wheres the hassle?helping others doesnt need to be broadcasted, because they dont asked for you,its youown discretion to help them or not

Not all the countries that CryptoCurrency 100% legal because there's some place that bitcoin are prohibited. Well for me there's charity accepting bitcoins if they know it, but if not it's better to give an fiat money to charity.

Even there will be a charity that accepts bitcoin I'm not gonna help them out with crypto because we all know how risky cryptocurrencies is ofcourse it makes no sense to extend aid with crypto but rather I'm gonna exchange bitcoin to fiat then that's it and no more bragging about what you have done and it is whole heartedly you wanted to help then do it even with no use of crypto if you have extra money you can do it.

Charities will accept anything the good for them. As bitcoin has value in the economic term they will accept for sure. Here I found a site with lists of charity that accepts BTC http://bitcoinforcharity.com/bitcoin-charity-list/ and here is the wiki page https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Donation-accepting_organizations_and_projects check out both page. You'll find have many choices to give.

Nice list Dave the only one that I'm familiar with is the water project. I can remember the name but I haven't donated yet. So far I don't know any other charities that are accepting bitcoin the rest that are only scams who are hiding in some sort of charities but doesn't really help the others.

Good luck on finding one!

Truely,I was a help oriented person.I will use to give some dollars to the trust and every month.
If I heard ,bitcoin is accepted in any trusted charity,Surely I will send my half of the bitcoin holding to them.
And I will suggest them to hold ,not to sell at low price. When the price increases to peak,I will inform them to sell and use that money for good things.

I haven't used this site but I came across this crowd funding website called BitHope.org. They claim that they have registered their organisation under Law on Nonprofit Legal Entities but as I said, I don't have any idea about  it so if I have any interest in donating Bitcoins then I would do it through such sites after checking the reputation of the same. We seek satisfaction when we donate so making sure that you are donating on a legit platform is necessary.

I don't think Bitcoin is a suitable way of donating money to charities. One dirty mind in the organization alone could have the ability to steal their Bitcoin at the same time disappear witout any trace of him. If you want to keep things clean and your money not to waste I would convert my Bitcoin to Fiat currency before I donate something. That way your donation will be in place in their organization.

There is another way to donate money through bitcoin, and charities around the world can be donated through digital encryption.

Donations from charities are converted into legal tender and then allocated to those who really need help!

I don't see any issues whatsoever with charities accepting bitcoin and I hope more and more start doing so as it will be a good thing for both the charities and bitcoin.

I do not think that bitcoin is a suitable means for charity. Crypto currency is too unstable, you need to wait for the right moment before you exchange it for national money. For those who are the object of charity, this option is not suitable, since they need money here and now. It is better to give to the charity the profit that you receive from the crypto currency but in the currency that is most convenient.
