Just wondering it it has enough power to do 7 of them all overclocked.

Though the AX1200 is a very high quality PSU, I wouldn't want to run it at 100% load 24/7. I would look at the Silverstone ST1500 so that you have more headroom for overclocking.

Definitely not. Even before overclocking, we're looking at about 150~170W per card, or 1050W to 1190W. No headroom for overclocking and any derating in capacity due to the PSU heating up. Even if you clock them so that it can just about handle it, it's not going to last very long running at full load 24/7.

Besides, PSUs reach their optimal efficiency around 60-80% load. You'd be better off just getting 2x850W (corsair TX850 comes to mind as it has a single 70A 12V rail) PSUs and hooking them up in parallel.

OC'd, you'd draw around 1400W, which puts you in an efficiency sweet spot if you have 1700W capacity.
