Same here epic failure for r9 280 Dual-x (compute errors, 0 h/s, red everywhere, no need to ask drivers, oc, compute, lock memory pages all ok! i have a Vega 56 rig too doing better but still 100w more for V8 than V7 and 100h/s less...

i dont want to be disrespectful with your awesome work and support (really) but:
As you ask on your 1.7.0 release post: NO! WE DONT WANT USELESS EXTRA TUNING GADGETS to mine 10h/s more but screwing up 50% of our gpu's and all pasts benchmarks.
I mean of course if it's usefull, like very usefull i'm ok but:

I have all my rigs on the tplink HS110 it also has energy monitoring built in. |

No problem i got used to angry people  What is really making me confused sometimes is that some complain on XY gpu new version is a lot worse, while others for that same XY gpu say the new version is a lot better.  I know something got 'lost' for older cards on the road, in the next version i will again add a 'useless extra tuning gadget', which will maybe bring back what got lost for those older cards. |

I have a rig with 6x RX 570/580 - 3 with HYNIX memory and 3 with Samsung.
On the HYNIX memory I am getting only around 900 H/s on cryptonight_v8 and 990 H/s on the Samsung
Rig is - Windows 10, Beta blockchain drivers, SRB 1.7.0, 1200/2000 MH/z
The cards are not throttling, they are at 100% usage, I tried --computemode, doesn't make a difference.
I tried editing the bios with SRB Polaris - nothing...
Can anyone give me an idea where the problem is, I see lots of you have Hynix memory cards

Cao brate, vidim da si nas, uzeo sam 4 riga RX580 8gb Hinyx memorija,probao razne biose i sa Anorak sajta i radio sa PBE1.6 i SRB editorom , i na CN V8 algo dobijam plafon 880-900 mhs ,
sa clockovima core 1200 memorija 2200-2250, i cak i ne radi stabilno ,miner je SRB miner i intensity je 0,to jest automatski ,probao sam i sa 60 i 70 intensity workload 8 i 16 thread 2 , i to neradi stabilno uospte, Recimo na 470-4 gb sa biosom za ETH koji je uradjen SRB polaris editorom dobijam 930 mhs po kartici ,reci mi jel bih mogao da mi pomognes sta jos da probam i pustim u rad vec jednom ova 4 riga , na ethu daju kartice 32 mhs i rade stabilno na V8 algo nikako. Problem je strap za te memorije. Na eth radi odlicno ali na monero bas lose. Jedino ako je neko napravio bolji do sada pa da se nadje. |
