Also, for the people filing a complaint in Italy, make sure Alberto is listed on the complaint, as he is the most likely culprit, and the people who filed in Hong Kong list fabrizio and everyone also, let the authorities figure out who is lying and who isn't.

if he claimed "sam" was running things. and TODAY he's claiming sam is alberto. be careful. he has already been caught lying. he will likely tell you some truth but there will be many lies too. only police and real interrogators will get him to squeal

Yep he has been caught lying multiple times along with his sister, that's why authorities need to be involved to see them confess everything once they are faced with a little bit of punishment, since they are spineless italians after all as soon as they get arrested they will squeal.

Guys

Just I was just doing some initial forensic analysis on the IPO money

From the original IPO address..
https://blockchain.info/address/1ovYFPS1HiGFMQVTB3vuWtnEpGvRxZ6H7

most of the transactions from this address seem to come from Germany which would make sense since if I recall correctly the Labcoin web server is hosted there.

I have managed to track that atleast 1,000 BTC was sent to a Just Dice Hot Wallet.
https://blockchain.info/address/13cSk2UJwcZ3ch6xW1SqjDrFXGhjeuF13K

atleast 1280 BTC is still possibly controlled by LABCOIN because the transactions came from the Germany.
https://blockchain.info/address/1B8Y86LdMKyWnAdqzRhK9UE1nxWFgDtRD6

2,631.9077 of our bitcoins ended up in a purchase of some kind here..

https://blockchain.info/address/18XrnwWLpMb46VGzphN47sWQYuohksWboG

the owner of this Bitcoin address is a vendor because there are many many Public notes saying transaction refunded... if we can find out who it is then we know where Labcoin got their ASICS from.

it looks like that vendor started accepting orders in June or July 2013

the first refund note states "Public Note: Refund of late paid order #334"   1st Aug 2013

EDIT.. All transactions coming from that vendor seem to be originating in GHANA using a BlockChain.Info wallet....

If I discover more I will let you know..

Cheers.

Looks like all the Mining has ceased... no income to the collection wallet for 5 days.

https://blockchain.info/address/17psAW21J4twanAFWmbcd5WdX2pKeX3trm

and I just checked.. ALL dividends were being sent from a blockchain.Info wallet accessed from Ghana

I think the evidence is mounting that the Sam Noi from Ghana on linked-in might be our Sam Noi.
or at the very least someone from Ghana Posing as Sam Noi.

the interesting thing is that we may be able to get the blockchain.info to freeze the accounts pending an investigation before Sam manages to move it. Since Blockchain.Info is based in the US.
does anyone in the US feel like taking this one to the authorities there?

you could go through the feds, the bitcoin foundation or directly to blockchain.info (or all 3) since this may eventually turn out to be a 4 million dollar fraud.
