Hi guys, I've just got started in Crypto from June this year and I've been loving everything about crypto and especially the communities. I've learnt so much from the subreddits over the last few months and thought it is time to give back. I've developed my own excel spreadsheet that tracks my crypto portfolio (update the prices through a macro from coinmarketcap.com) and produces a nice pie chart. It also has another worksheet that tracks the prices / market cap of the top 50 coins from coinmarketcap.com to highlight the big movers and losers over a 24 hour period.

I hope some of you will find it useful (google drive link below). Also, let me know if you have any questions on how to use it or if it doesn't work for you. Thanks again!

Edit: The tool was developed in a Windows environment and does not appear to be compatible with Mac-OS. If someone knows how to modify the code to make it compatible for Macs, please let me know and I can update the uploaded file.

Before I click in there, is it an actual excel file (a file in .xls or .ods format or other known spreadsheet format) or you are saying that you developed a windows tool? So you are asking me to click on a .exe file?

Where is the open source code? where is your github? I don't want to be rude, but no one with a brain is going to click anywhere unless they see the code, specially in this forum.

Many people claim that making money in the Net is nothing but cheating people and making them work for other unknown guys but I don`t think so! So many smart people become richer thanks to bitcoins! More interesting info is here https://icopulse.com/blog/cryptocurrency-portfolio-tracker/. You can use your personal portfolio tracker to invest bitcoins you've mined and multiply their amount! Let your cryptocurrency work for you.

It's an xlsm file. But I would be careful with it.

Warning: XLSM files have the potential to store and execute destructive, malicious code through macros. Take great care when opening executable file formats like this that you received via email or downloaded from websites you're not familiar with. See my List of Executable File Extensions for a listing of file extensions to avoid and why.
