Depends on how much risk you want to take. I would probably invest it in some stable coins like 2/5th btc, 1/5th eth, 1/5th neo and 1/5th in wpr because it is so cheap at the moment.

Moreover, you must have a plan before you invest. if you buy on top altcoin. with the capital you mentioned. not much you get. but if you buy altcoin under $ 1 you will get a lot of coin. and most importantly, first learn whether the altcoin you are working on will have developments in the near future or future.
