Until now I've never got altcoin, all I have until now is bitcoin. I don't think much about other altcoins, all I have is bitcoin to date. I am still confused when the price of cryptocurrency decreases, I don't know what causes it. But I'm sure the future will improve and the price goes up again. Even I think that all this is the beginning of investment for investors.

I think you should do your own research. Don’t pick any crypto just because other people say it is going to “RISE TO THE MOON” in 2018.  Ask questions like:Why is this coin on the market? How is it different than the other coins? What does it promise?
What is the team behind that coin?
Look at the market cap.
Based on the criteria listed above I have selected:
IOTA, ETH, Ripple, FUN, Stellar, Litecoin, OmiseGo, EOS, and Cardano.

it has diferent point of view, if you absolutely want to invest in coin, you must learn everything ab coin, specially coin that you like the most. 
In my view, you should buy altcoins: veterans like Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ripple, Ethereum and relatively new players like Ethereum, Dash, Neo, Zcash etc.

Monero. This coin has perfect privacy, and has had its code reviewed by knowledgeable 3rd parties many times and always passed with flying colors. No one can tell how many coins you have, where you got them from, or who you send them too.
START - because of hype that project is going to be alive again and it had pretty good price. From dead to alive.
BNT - amazing coin that is going to have x5 soon. I got it recently and already made almost x2 and it will keep growing. Technology and demand is everything!
Stellar - I am talking too much about Stellar that brought me to where I am (since I bought 30m of XLM and recently cashed some of those to re-invest in other coins). But Stellar should be on 3–5$ level by the Summer. Using it always and can’t complain.

Why do You need to buy altcoins when Bitcoin is falling in price? If I were you, I'd invest in Bitcoin. In my opinion, this investment will be more profitable and reliable.

Crypto market is in bearish mode, and it is a very good time to buy altcoins. In this dip i picking up some very promising coins such as Ethereum, Dash, Neo, Waves, Monero. I think these are the best coins as per my Knowledge which can give me good returns.

I suggest that you buy cardano because the coin has a high potential, and can see from now the 17% increase of this coin, why I suggest to buy the coin because the volume in the market is so large that we are likely to get big profits.

Only Ethereum. Why? Price now look's good for buying. Ethereum have a good base and it is useful altcoin. Many ICO's now raise ans supply only ETH investment's (even not Bitcoin).
