depends on where you are, where you want money to go, how long you are willing to wait, if you want to pay a fee.

Also how YOU feel about any and all of the above.

Merge mine BLC+PHO+ELT+XDQ+BBTC+UMO+LIT pool is open http://la1.blakecoin.com tips: 1MogRiTHpQZ7bkpq49cSVWADrTt7Jrghp

Most people want to pay the lowest fees, have their cash as fast as possible, and have the most options in terms of where they can have their funds transferred.

  • lowest fees
  • fast transfer
  • most options

What is the best method of achieving the above?

 Grin

If all three cannot be accomplished simultaneously.

Which are the best methods in terms of lowest fees and most cashout options?

.

Join localbitcoins.com and sell your bitcoins for my Paypal at: https://localbitcoins.com/ad/34960/?ch=4ja

Check my current price. It is based on Btistamp and updates every hour.

**Immediate. Reliable. Anonymous.**

Accepting PayPal is normally risky, but I am a professional trader (buy and sell), have done several hundred trades, and enjoy a perfect reputation. I would not jeopardize my business for a few thousand dollars.

I recommend you use coinbase if you are in america. Bank verification is instant and receiving your funds will take 3-5 days! The company is located in America so it is most efficient for Americans!
