A new thread makes sense I guess, so much nonsense in the old thread, it's going to be good to have a thread filled only with relevant information.

Ps: I'm not a great fan of self-moderated topics, but at least it will keep those trolls at bay or at least stop them from spamming our thread.

Yes, part of this is related to the 51% attack defense. However there are still some questions that need to be answered regarding the pools and the blockchain.

The DevTeam is in the process of completing their investigation into this issue and will be making some recommendations in a few hours which will include confirmation of the official chain height and whether a maintenance patch will be needed/released.

There was a slight problem in the defense where clients were being denied a switch to the better chain. This is currently being resolved and a maintenance patch will be released shortly.

im solo mining since 12 hours with 8MH on version 0.7.1.1

found much blocks, but when i send a transaction, they dont reach the exchanger like cryptsy!

i am on the wrong chain? but when, why? ive downloaded client 12 hours ago!

My Blockcount is lower than from the explorer.
