The volume is from the buying/selling of coins and tokens.

Why are you planning on using that exchange in the first place? Why not use more reputable exchanges like Binance[1]?

How are you doing with this exchange? did you get something out withdraw? I made a Deposit, passed verification, sent my passport. I try to withdraw any of the coins, and nothing happens, the coins are frozen in the wallet but are not withdraw from this exchange

This exchange is based in Japan and I may think that they never accept traders coming from the other country which maybe you're not from Japan and so your IP address...this might be the reason why you are blocked.
I've tried to read their reviews https://www.forexbrokerz.com/brokers/neraex-review. They don't have any negative feedbacks and so I never feel that this is a scam site.

I tried to search on neraex exchange about restricted countries on their support page but it seems there is no article or announcement about this.

For me, this exchange is not safe to trade so I don't recommend people to use this.

KYC is already the norm in trading platform, authorities are clamping down on exchanges that don't require KYC so I would say that it is mandatory now. Although there are few exchanges that doesn't require one, sooner or later they will have to succumb to the pressure.

I haven't heard this exchanges before so I wouldn't simply deposit any and in such cases if trading exchanges doesn't have that large volume and just join the market, it could possibly be just running wash trading or just a scam site.

Surprisingly some members are trying to justify a bad act of an exchange, I and few other traders who fall in the same trap are preparing data and evidences which we will be sharing with CMC and other platforms which has an intention to protect traders so that they investigate and flag it, this is to reduce the number of victims who are basically getting mislead by those who post fake positive reviews, paid or unpaid!

I'd like to advise those who are trying to defend the exchange and provide justification of stealing traders funds, you could be a good person and has no bad intention; however, promoting a scam exchange is crime by it self.
