How can we start mining?  what are those steps to start mining?

1. too much if have to write step by step on this page

I assumed a Mining Rig if anyone suggesting ASIC it's more variation, so, @OP has many choices

2. Purchasing hardware like Motherboard, PSU, SSD, USB Riser, Processor, RAM, GPUs

Note:
-usually, miners a purchasing a motherboard has a lot of PCIe slots is minimal 6x PCIe.
-PSU adjust with how many GPUs
-USB riser Ver008c
-Processor Celeron is enough for Intel Chipset
-RAM 4GB is enough but 4++ is better.
- AMD cards (Rx series, Vega) NVIDIA (10xxx Series)

3. Reading about coins and find profitable coins.

Note:
coins(algorithm) adjust with GPU type, used a precise algorithm (GPU type).

things to do to start mining:
1. Buy Hardware
To start mining, you must use either GPU card, FPGA, ASIC or machine.
2. Free Download Software
Once you have decided on the machine you want to buy and receive, you will need to download a special program used for mining, such as BFGMiner or CGMiner for example. There are many other programs out there that can be used for Bitcoin mining, but these are just two of the more popular programs released.
3. Set Up the Wallet
The next step in mining is to set up a Bitcoin purse or use an existing Bitcoin purse to transfer your Bitcoins to mine and keep them safe in storage. A Bitcoin wallet is like a traditional wallet and can be software, mobile, or web-based. Bitcoins can be delivered to your wallet using a unique address that belongs only to you. The most important step in setting up your wallet is securing from potential threats by enabling two-factor authentication or storing it on offline computers that do not have access to the Internet.
4. Join the Mining Pool
Once your Bitcoin wallet is created.

Indeed you need to know about hardware and software. Better to try mining with one or two mining hardware. Then you can upgrade for more hardware. If you knew about computer, it will be easier to tackle some troubleshoot. It's also good if you knew a little about coding/programming. Cause setting some miner need you to put a simple configuration. Don't forget to calculate your invest vs your profit.
Mining is fun, but also frustating tho ... keep the spirit up and be patient

How can we start mining?  what are those steps to start mining?

Thank you.

First of all you should think about your expectations from the mining. A lot of things depends on your budget which you are going to spend for mining. Of course, I advise you to buy a high quality equipment for mining.
If your budget is less or more unlimited, you can choose the most profitable and attractive coin on your point of view and then to buy equipment. Or to buy equipment from the very beginning and then to choose the coin for mining,
Actually, coin and mining equipment are the related things. So, the beginning of the mining process depends on your abilities and desires.
Regarding mining pools. Don't be afraid to try mining with the new pools. As usual, the are providing a good service. What about me, I'm mining not for a long time. Before to start mining I read a lot of topics here and monitored different mining pools. I found the information about Ucrypto.net mining pool. It seemed interesting for me (pool with a low fee). I received a quick reply to all my questions from Support specialist. Then I decided to start with this pool, because I had the opportunity to choose the different coin for mining, even with my hashpower (84MH).
Now I can say that I really satisfied with its service - in time payments, really save mining and low pool fee, as I told. And I like that there are always different bonuses here. I already received bonus for my friend and now want to take a part in their Bonus program on Ethereum pool. I think 20 000$ as bonus will be nice for me Grin

It's just my advice and my experience, which I'm sharing with you.
Are you mining already? And how is it going.

Another one of these topics eh..

My personal recommendation would be to not buy any mining hardware at this point in time (because profitability is at risk!) but if you really want to pull the FOMO trigger and buy some new mining hardware then i would recommend first do research and learn the basics. This website should help: www.mining.help

Should I exploit cheap altcoin?
As long as it makes a profit why not but should hold a coin for a long timevand wait until a coin price goes to the moon ~if that a question with goal to find the profitable.

Or

Mining a new altcoin which has a low price in the market then hold it until a coin price increases
