One more important fact.  Not only did I offer him 20mb blocks but I got the board and the Chinese pools to agree to it as well.  So IX reached full consensus for big blocks long ago and it took about 3 days to do it.  Cause we're nice [normal] peoples over here. 

So yeah, IX can ground and pound Bitcoin [if given the chance].

ETH is already centralized... The developers have a key which allows them to kill any chain. With this level of control, they can apply any rules they want. I expect them to go the way of Ripple (with AML etc.) once regulators wise up to this.
