Craig "Satoshi Nakamoto" Wright Tries to Dominate Blockchain with Patents

In official announcements today, Huobi and OKCoin began supporting Bitcoin Cash, a digital currency blockchain launched on August 1 as an alternative to bitcoin with a focus on a peer-to-peer electronic cash transfers over being a settlement layer.

How does Bitcoin bitcoin/segwit perform as a settlement layer when you line it up against ripple.BTW rumour has it that if you say ripple 3 times in a row a ripple shill will haunt your thread.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

At this point, i believe it is not important Nakamoto's real name. He proved even being anonymous that he is honest.

I'm pretty sure that a person's choice to remain anonymous is not proof enough for being honest.

I forget where it came from maybe off the forum here somewhere.Another theory suggests that computer scientists Donal O'Mahony and Michael Peirce/pierce are Satoshi, based on a paper that they authored concerning digital payments, along with Hitesh Tewari, based on a book that they published together. O’Mahony and Tewari also studied at Trinity College, where Michael Clear, a graduate cryptography student at Dublin's Trinity College was a student.

Of course we could go all the way around the clock and get back to Nick Szabo etc etc but who would like to wager a slice of pizza on who satoshi really is/are?

Sorry to interrupt the debate Gleb and Wiked, just waned to hear the crypto veterans opinion on a new factor that I noticed today.

Bitcoin was(and still is) great cause it didn't have an inflation problem. Now look at what it's happening now with the difficulty jumps up and down - miners get more BCH when it's difficulty lowers and they switch back to BTC when it gets higher.

Last 7 days miners got 64% more BCH than ever before.
Last 3 days (till 20 hours ago) they got 130% more BTC than they've mined ever before, at least this spring-summer.

With this, we've got a "bonus" of 10% transaction fee for btc and a lot of delay in transaction speed, didn't count it, I just see it is taking a lot longer.
Same with BCH, we had a few hours of blockchain almost fully frozen, no matter the transaction fee.

It looks like they want to destroy each other and at this point I don't see how it can be stopped.

What Bitcoin will be the Bitcoin if BTC and BCH will inflate and will begin to collapse?

Well, Ixcoin of course!  Grin

BitcoinTalk is a highly censored cesspool primarily serving as a vehicle to operate scams.
Pointing out truth or straying from the promoted narrative will be met with shills spouting non sequiturs.
Trust ratings are meaningless as those who control them are not worthy of trust.
