Freiexchange has dvc for 1 sat.  Altlilly has it for 50 litoshi, about .5 of 1 Satoshi.  

And it’s totally qualified - another faith based investment by Vlad2Vlad.  

If you dig enough you can find the info to back it up, which is what I did.

Thanks but I don’t see any future for BQC although I used to like that coin.  And sadly I’ve had to dump a lot of ixc since Christmas.  Hoping I can buy it back but it’s not looking good.

What would vlads top altcoin picks be these days?

I think the ancient alts with good devs and development will get their turn soon and will move into the top echelon on coinmarketcap, replacing the scam ICO tokens.  So if you have a very limited budget then I would be buying NMC ($2), DVC ($.00007), i0C ($.04), IX ($.04), and others as well like FreiCoin, FeatherCoin, PPC, etc.  And I’m still loving BTX ($.85) even tho it doesn’t fit these old coins bracket and ETC at $11 is a steal.  [100-1,000x.]

By next year I think most coins are gonna die so buy smart, buy good devs and coins with solid security, which few have.  That said I’d also definitely accumulate Ripple here ($.30) and stellar ($.20).  Ultra low risk with minimum 10x potential in the next 6-12 months.
