Hi there. There are many bounties now, and I hope they will be increase. But there are some problems in it. The main problem is BOUNTY REPORT.
Why are they different? Why Bounties managers can not  apply for common rules of report? Why are they so different? Form, Topic. Registration on sites, different days?)))
It's easier to do report in one day.)

Simply because the idea of bounty campaigns in the crypto world is relatively new still, and so every company tries a different process they think is best for their specific goals to be reached.
I do think that with time though, the bounty reporting process will be improved and have better guidelines.

As it a new branch in the marketing strategies for startups backed by cryptocurrencies, it still lacks a lot of tool to e well managed. I suggest you to take a look at the bounty portail of irfan-pack who is one of the best bounty manager in this forum and also sites made by ICOs to manage the bounty. A lot of choas still emerged in this ecosystem but we aim to be well established after fixing all the occuring issues and make the clearest vision.

They vary because of their experiences. I think they just do what they are comfortable to do and to what is easier to do, more automated and also to scrape away fraudsters. Bounties don't need to be uniform, it's part of the game.

Honestly I think that main purpose of the report - up of the thread.
Most of the reports is common and only few bounties have a non flixeable forms of reports.
