Is google able to decide for sure which ICO sites are scam? I am little bit skeptic about this. This might lead to the disqualification of ICOs with really good projects behind.

No, google can't be sure. But will that stop them? Of course not.

Yes totally agree, I do not think that google can assess project, even experts are mistaken sometimes.

Very interesting topic, I think we should post hear some new things, not only the same questions, to get also some knowledge from the communications.

As to the topic, I can say that google has really good analytics system, so the number of mistakes are minimized, so I think it will be helpful to avoid scams.

As for the hackers, I think that they work very productively both on the ICO and on people who constantly make mistakes in their actions, unfortunately the person is the biggest vulnerability, because we have a patterned thinking.

yes, google can handle it. but how to be able to recognize ico who uses black hat techniques to deceive investors? I think the security to detect any ico project, must exist and pass the scam category verification.
